Soon, I will add some different Translations to some of these Bible Verses for You, that should benefit you considerably.
Faith is a verb, it’s Activated Trust. And so often, bathing ourselves in His Words and His Presence, gives us a Measure of Healing when practiced Daily, at-least 3-4 times a week. This way, we keep the progress we are making. We make time for everything else don’t we?
ALL VERSES ARE IN THE ESV (English Standard Version) EXCEPT FOR THOSE OTHERWISE STATED
Philippians 4:8
Finally, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
Romans 15:13
May the God of Hope fill you with all Joy and Peace in believing, so that by the Power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in Hope.
Lamentations 3:22-26
The Steadfast Love of the Lord never ceases; His Mercies never come to an end; they are New Every Morning; Great is your Faithfulness. “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I Will Hope In Him.” The Lord is Good to those who Wait For Him, to the soul who Seeks Him. It Is Good that one should Wait Quietly for the Salvation of The Lord.
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in The Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.
Philippians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about Anything, but in Everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, Let your requests be made known to God. And the Peace of God, which surpasses All understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a Future and a Hope.
Psalm 94:18-19
When I thought, “My foot slips,” Your Steadfast Love, O Lord, held me up. When the cares of my heart are many, Your Consolations Cheer my Soul.
Contemporary English Version
When I felt my feet slipping, You came with Your Love and kept me steady. And when I was burdened with worries, You comforted me and made me feel secure.
Romans 8:28
And we know that for those who Love God all things work together for Good, for those who are called according to His Purpose.
We tend to see the enemy in situations often. How about looking for The Lord in situations – seeing Him present? In this way, He can turn them around for good.
Psalm 9:9
The Lord is a Stronghold for the oppressed, a Stronghold in times of trouble.
International Standard Version
The LORD is a Refuge for the oppressed, a Refuge in times of distress.
Young’s Literal Translation
Calls Him: A Tower for times of adversity.
A Tower in those days was a really strong fortress with wide walls that made it hard to attack anyone within.
Psalm 34:17
When the righteous cry for Help, The Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.
You need to address your situations and concerns directly to The Lord instead of family, friends and pastors. And when you do this, leave the matter with Him in Trust and don’t take it back and worry some more – that’s counter productive, the same mistake you’ve been making. He likes to be trusted.
Psalm 42:11
Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again Praise Him, My Salvation and My God.
Deuteronomy 33:27
The Eternal God is your Dwelling Place, and Underneath (you) are the Everlasting Arms. And He thrust out the enemy before you and said, Destroy.
Proverbs 15:13
A glad heart makes a cheerful face, but by sorrow of heart the spirit is crushed.
Proverbs 17:9
Whoever covers an offense seeks love, but he who repeats a matter separates close friends.
Offenses cause anxiety and even distress because the enemy who sometimes causes them and often alters our perception of someone’s words or actions, likes us to dwell on those things so they become a big problem. Try to nip things in the bud before they become more than you can handle.
And yes, even good friendships are lost this way. This can often start with misunderstandings when we are stressed and overtired. Take care!
Romans 8:38-39
For I am sure that neither death or life, or angels or rulers, or things present or things to come, or powers, or height or depth, or anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the Love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Joshua 1:9
“Have I not commanded you? Be Strong and Courageous. Do Not be frightened, and Do Not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is With You wherever you go.”
The Lord gave Joshua a Recipe for Victory: He told him to Meditate on His Words each day and night, and to do them. This kept his focus on God and he Won the Victory.
Jesus also made a promise to us when we “Hear His Words and do them”
Psalm 5:11
But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them ever sing for joy, and spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may exult in you.
Good News Translation
But all who find safety in you will rejoice; they can always sing for joy. Protect those who love you; because of you they are truly happy.
We make The Lord our Refuge by consciously Focusing on Him, directing our hearts toward Him, Meditating on His Words and applying them to our situation, purposefully Resting in His Presence.
These are all ways we can Make Him our Refuge. Also, we can Praise and Magnify Him over circumstances instead of worrying about them.
Romans 12:2
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the Will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
New Living Translation
Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.
Aramaic Bible in Plain English
And do not imitate this world, but be transformed by the renovation of your minds, and you shall distinguish what is the good, acceptable and perfect will of God.
We think we know best and do things our way – when we do this, we miss out on God’s Best, hey?
2 Corinthians 10:4-6
For the Weapons of Our Warfare are not of the flesh but have Divine Power to Destroy Strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the Knowledge of God, and take Every Thought Captive to obey Christ, being ready to punish every disobedience, when your obedience is complete.
Isaiah 40:31
But they who Wait for The Lord shall Renew their Strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
Here is a wonderful promise for this Day and Age. So many are weary and fainting because they’re not spending some precious time in His Presence each day. Yes that will make us stronger and comforted. It’s a good fear quencher – His Peace displaces fear.
Matthew 11:28-30
Come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you Rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn from Me, for I am Gentle and Lowly in heart, and you will find REST for your Souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.”

He did not leave these words in his Bible – so to speak!
2 Peter 2:9
The Lord knows How to Rescue the Godly from trials, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment until the Day of Judgment.
Notice, we must live godly lives with godly attitudes to claim this Promise? The Lord isn’t silly.
Hebrews 4:12
For the WORD of GOD is Living and Active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
Welcome His Word to do a Healing and cleansing work in you and prepare you for the Coming of The Lord.
Most Christians live in the soul realm and their spirit is like a dimly lit candle. This is because they don’t spend precious time in His Presence and His Word.
This is when it comes to believing for Answers or Provision from The Lord….or Victory….. they find it really hard.
Psalm 112:4
Light Dawns in the darkness for the Upright; He is Gracious, Merciful, and Righteous.
2 Samuel 22:29
For you are my Lamp, O Lord, and my God lightens my darkness.
Ephesians 2:6
And Raised Us Up With Him and seated us with Him in the Heavenly places in Christ Jesus!
Try to Pray from a Heavenly Perspective with the Victory instead of an Earthly View that is Negative and Counter-Productive.
You can do this if you work at instilling His Words of Life into your spirit and Cultivating His Presence in your daily life.
We want everything Instant these days – this ability does not come overnight.
Psalm 37:3-4
Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and Befriend Faithfulness. Delight yourself in The Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.
When we are closely acquainted with The Lord, we experience much less Stress.
Psalm 94:19
When the cares of my heart are many, Your Consolations Cheer my soul.
