Jesus came into my heart and life at the age of 20. I loved walking close to Him and relating with people in daily life. For some years I fellowshipped with a close-knit group of Christians who had a good Family emphasis in Christ and His Presence in our midst\u2026\u2026\u2026an independent church, the other side of the city, I really enjoyed those days. Later, there was a sense of certain expectations placed on us, in other places of fellowship my side of the city, followed by domination and extremism in some (I found out how unstable Pentecostal Churches can be) and decided to return to the Simplicity I first had with Jesus. So I left the Institutional side of things choosing a quality walk with Jesus and preferred small intimate groups of Christians, referred to as Home Churches or Simple Churches, to local church settings. I do find Christians in those places of fellowship more real, more genuine \u2013 not plastic or superficial, and they are generally more interested in people around them than in the Local Churches, I found to be self-serving. When two of those were not there, I chose to keep a few Christian friends so we could share Jesus together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
